Practical follow-through around the providers and arrangements you approve.
What you receive: Agreed provider communications, outstanding-decision tracking, timeline updates and arrival handover coordination.
The proposal defines duration, hours, update frequency and availability. Provider charges are separate.
CONTINUED SUPPORT
Keep support in place where useful.
A defined extension or recurring arrangement for additional needs after the initial scope.
What you receive: An agreed list of follow-ups, local introductions and coordination tasks with a set review point.
Additional work requires agreement. Ongoing support does not mean unlimited requests or round-the-clock availability.
HORSE SEARCH + IMPORT

Horse search through The Sport Horse Edit and import coordination through Stable Arrival, separately scoped under LEVGlobal.
What you receive: An agreed rider and horse brief, prospect research and introductions, viewing or trial coordination, and the selected import support.
Search fees, any commissions and import coordination fees are set out in advance. The buyer and advisers assess suitability and make the purchase decision.
Know what you are approving.
Your written proposal sets out the fee, payment schedule, included hours or tasks, delivery period, update frequency and how changes are priced. Work begins after the scope and required payment are agreed.
Independent providers quote, contract and bill for their own services unless the written agreement expressly states otherwise. Travel and additional work are agreed separately. Any referral compensation relevant to an engagement is disclosed before you commit.
