For individuals, families and equestrian professionals relocating to Wellington or Ocala. We help organize the practical decisions around your move while qualified specialists lead the property, financial and professional advice.
WHAT THE PROCESS CAN INCLUDE
01
Understand the move
Discuss your household and horses, desired timing, riding priorities, broad budget and what you have already arranged. Identify which decisions depend on others.
The purpose: A clear set of priorities and a realistic coordination sequence.
02
Connect the property team
Introduce suitable residential or equestrian real estate professionals, plus lending and insurance professionals if needed. Coordinate introductions and professional-led appointments.
The purpose: The right specialists to discuss your housing, financing and coverage needs directly.
03
Plan your horses’ next base
Research boarding and trainer options around your goals and care requirements. Help coordinate visits and information requests so you can assess the fit.
The purpose: A shortlist of relevant conversations, with the final decisions in your hands.
04
Align the move dates
Connect you with household movers and horse carriers, relay information requests and track dates once you approve them. Identify gaps between departure, property access and horse arrival.
The purpose: An organized timeline, including any temporary arrangements you need to discuss.
05
Set up your local support
Coordinate contacts for veterinary and farrier care, feed, bedding and practical barn supplies. Organize record-transfer requests with your authorization.
The purpose: Useful local relationships and a clear list of outstanding arrival tasks.
06
Settle in and adjust
Where agreed, support provider follow-ups, changing priorities and separately scoped in-person visits. An ongoing concierge scope can be discussed after the move.
The purpose: A handover of useful contacts and optional continued coordination.
AS MUCH SUPPORT AS YOUR MOVE NEEDS
A scope built around you.
A focused project
Help with a particular decision, group of introductions or coordination task.
Broader coordination
Bring several parts of the move together through an agreed plan and regular communication.
Ongoing support
Continue with defined concierge support as your needs change after arrival.
Coordination fees are individually quoted. Provider fees and any agreed travel costs are separate. We confirm the scope and responsibilities before work begins.
GOOD TO KNOW
A little more clarity.
Can you work alongside my real estate agent?+
Yes. We can work around your existing team. Your licensed agent handles property advice, showings, negotiations and the transaction.
Do you hold payments or deposits?+
Provider payments are made directly by you. We can help track quotation information and payment deadlines within your scope, but do not hold client deposits.
Can the support continue after I move?+
Yes, if we agree on an ongoing concierge scope, responsibilities and availability. It is not an emergency or round-the-clock service.
