SEASONAL STAYS · WELLINGTON & OCALA

Your season.
Thoughtfully arranged.

A winter circuit, a summer training stay or a few months in a new setting. Bring the arrangements for your horses and your own day-to-day life into one coordinated plan.

Discuss your plans ↗

Temporary plans still deserve lasting attention.

For riders, families and training programs establishing a temporary base in Wellington or Ocala. We help identify the right conversations early, organize what needs to happen before arrival, and support the agreed details during your stay.

WHAT THE PROCESS CAN INCLUDE

01

Set the priorities

We discuss your dates, horse numbers, riding goals, preferred area, overall budget and any arrangements already in place.

The purpose: A shared picture of the season and the decisions that need attention.

02

Find your base

Research boarding and trainer options, make introductions and coordinate availability inquiries. Introduce a licensed property professional for your housing needs and arrange professional-led viewings.

The purpose: Relevant options to explore, with you choosing the home, barn and training fit.

03

Plan the journey

Introduce horse carriers and household movers. Help collect the details they request and align the owner-approved travel dates with access to the barn and accommodation.

The purpose: A practical arrival sequence, with bookings and transport contracts agreed directly.

04

Prepare for the horses

Coordinate supplier conversations around bedding, feed, stable equipment and delivery timing. Help establish contacts for veterinary and farrier care.

The purpose: A checklist of essentials and provider-confirmed arrangements before arrival.

05

Stay connected

Within your scope, help manage routine provider communications, agreed changes and separately arranged visits. Escalate questions to the relevant professional.

The purpose: A point of contact for the coordination you asked us to handle.

06

Plan the departure

If included, coordinate introductions and reminders for the return journey, final supplier arrangements and the handover of relevant information.

The purpose: A considered end to the season, as well as a considered arrival.

AS MUCH SUPPORT AS YOUR MOVE NEEDS

A scope built
around you.

A focused project

Help with a particular decision, group of introductions or coordination task.

Broader coordination

Bring several parts of the move together through an agreed plan and regular communication.

Ongoing support

Continue with defined concierge support as your needs change after arrival.

Coordination fees are individually quoted. Provider fees and any agreed travel costs are separate. We confirm the scope and responsibilities before work begins.

GOOD TO KNOW

A little more
clarity.

Can I keep my existing trainer?

Absolutely. We can coordinate around the people you already work with and focus on the arrangements still missing.

Can you guarantee a stall or accommodation?

No. Availability and suitability must be confirmed with the barn or licensed property professional before any commitment.

What happens if my dates change?

We help communicate the change within the agreed scope. Providers set their own availability, cancellation policies and additional charges.
