No. We can work around your existing team and focus on the arrangements still missing.
Who pays the providers?
You approve commitments, contract with providers and pay them directly. LEV’s separately quoted fee covers the agreed coordination work.
Is this a round-the-clock concierge service?
No. Availability, response expectations, visits, travel and emergency escalation contacts are agreed in writing.
How do you handle changes?
We agree how additional work is approved. Providers retain their own cancellation, rescheduling and pricing terms.
